WHITE GARLIC FROM POLESINE PDO

Product with a Protected Designation of Origin, grown in Italy in the Polesine area between the Po and Adige rivers, an area that is particularly favourable due to the type of soil, climatic conditions and the people. It is a traditional, typical product with highly prized organoleptic characteristics; it stands out for its bright white colour, regular, compact shape and intense, persistent but not pungent aroma.
It has excellent preservability, which guarantees a long shelf life.

Organic products are grown on farms using natural cultivation techniques without the use of chemical pesticides and fertilisers, which are certified according to EU regulations.
