The Cervati company was established in 1965 as a producer of white garlic in an area particularly suited to this crop because of its climate and type of soil: the Polesine of Rovigo.

It is currently an import-export company operating worldwide.

The garlic is selected, processed and packaged in the two factories in Villadose (Rovigo) according to current standards and regulations.

In line with market requirements and trends, the company is committed to guaranteeing eco-sustainable products, traceable supply chains and fully and easily recyclable packaging.

Cervati is present at the main international trade fairs in the fruit and vegetable sector.
